This software is a digital product. No physical items will be shipped (including ESP32 or MCP2518FD hardware). PRO purchases include: a Windows license key by email, and pre-compiled ESP32 MCP2518FD firmware in a follow-up email (.bin files and flash scripts). Optional add-ons (such as vehicle dictionaries) are delivered separately by email when purchased.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ESP32 CAN Sniffer software on a single device.

Optional add-ons (such as CAN dictionaries or firmware packages) may be offered separately.
All software, code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of the owner and protected by applicable copyright laws.
You retain ownership of your own data created using the software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. The software may contain bugs or limitations.

All software, license keys, add-ons, firmware packages, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

We actively monitor for abuse and may suspend or permanently revoke licenses in cases of fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, or repeated policy violations.

Where applicable, we may report suspected infringement to hosting providers, payment processors, and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Violation may result in license termination.
Licenses are bound to your device using hardware identification.
The software may periodically validate licenses online. Offline use may be limited after a grace period.
Security and anti-abuse systems may monitor activation attempts, hardware changes, and suspicious usage solely for license enforcement and fraud prevention.
We reserve the right to revoke licenses in cases of misuse, fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized distribution, or violation of these terms.
Active license holders may receive updates and bug fixes.

You may request a refund within 14 days if the software does not function substantially as described on this website on a supported Windows environment.
Because a free demo/trial is available, compatibility testing should be performed before purchasing a paid package.
We may request basic troubleshooting information (logs, screenshots, hardware details) before issuing a refund.

Approved refunds may result in immediate license deactivation.
Our software and add-ons are digital content delivered electronically.
By completing checkout, you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost once digital delivery/performance begins, as permitted by applicable EU consumer law.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests may be submitted via support email.
All prices are displayed in EUR.
IFIX ELEKTRONIKA is not in the VAT system pursuant to Article 90 Paragraph 2 of the Croatian VAT Act, unless otherwise stated.
Your Pro license key is typically emailed within minutes after payment. Pre-compiled ESP32 MCP2518FD firmware is sent in a separate follow-up email. Add-ons (when purchased) are delivered by email separately. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
Any hardware installation related to this software should be performed by a qualified professional.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall fall under Croatian jurisdiction unless otherwise required by EU consumer law.
